No problem! You can pick up another card at the store. If the lost/damaged card was registered to your Pantry Pass Rewards account, remember to update your account with the new Rewards Card number on www.pantryfriedchicken.com or the PFC App, otherwise any purchases that you make scanning the new card will not count towards your eligible rewards spend.
Only one Rewards Card can be registered to an account, but you can replace the existing Rewards Card on your account with a new card if necessary.
You can still use your registered phone number or If you are using the Rewards Card in the app, just tap the bar code to reveal the number. You can also pick up a new key card in a participating store if your card is damaged.
